Every home that QMA designs and builds is unique and will be tailored specifically to your requirements. We have created these prototypes designs and specifications to work on many typical lot sizes and locations found in Jersey Shore Beach Communities. These can be a starting point for your new home or we can start from scratch. All of these homes are designed to meet the needs of year round and vacation homeowners at the Jersey Shore.

Each home features 9 foot high first floor ceilings, ¾” T&G solid oak hardwood flooring on the first floor, custom cabinets in your choice of Maple or Cherry, granite countertops in the kitchen and low maintenance CertainTeed Vinyl exteriors for a carefree beach lifestyle. Of course our homes come with 50 year GAF Timberline fiberglass shingle roof and Andersen 400 series Windows. All of our new homes are designed, built and certified to be compliant with the current NJ Energy Star standards. This independent certification provides you with assurance that your home will not only be comfortable to live in year round, but will be a “Green” energy efficient home and save money on your utility bills for as long as you own it.
