Best of Houzz 2014

Ventnor, NJ, February 4, 2014 – QMA Design+Build, LLC of Ventnor, NJ has been awarded “Best Of Houzz” by Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design. The 25 year old national award winning Architectural Design and Design+Build Company was chosen by the more than 16 million monthly users that comprise the Houzz community. The Best Of Houzz award is given in two categories: Customer Satisfaction and Design. Customer Satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2013.
2013 Guildmaster with Distinction

Once again we were very excited to have been awarded by Guild Quality as a 2013 Guildmaster with Distinction! What does this mean you say? This means that after surveying more than 50 of our last customers we had an over 90% recommendation rate. (Ours was actually 97%). Given that we only do about 5 projects a year this means that we have a long record (over 10 years) of having satisfied customers. How many other builders can claim such a record? Professional Remodeler’s annual Market Leaders list, which identifies the top remodelers in the nation’s major markets. Each year, Professional Remodeler magazine compiles lists of remodeling leaders in each of the top 20 remodeling markets in the U.S.: The Market Leaders. We do this because remodeling is inherently a local business and it is useful to know which firms complete the most jobs and earn the most revenue by market. But many of America’s Top Remodelers do not operate in one of top 20 markets for remodeling. To gain a more national perspective, we created our annual list of America’s Top Remodelers.

This means that after surveying 50 of our last customers we had an over 90% recommendation rate. (Ours was actually 96%). 2011 REMODELING Magazine Big50 Award

QMA Design+Build, LLC has been selected by REMODELING magazine to join the REMODELING Big50 in the category of Fine Design. Each year since 1986, the REMODELING Big50 inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies that have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact in their community or the industry at large. The Big50 Award is well established as the remodeling industry's "Hall of Fame" with only about 2% of the nation's 62,000 remodeling firms having been honored in the history of the award.
2009 QR Master Design Award

Qualified Remodeler Magazine has awarded QMA Design+Build, LLC with the Silver QR Master Design Award in the Category of “Exterior Renovation”. Winners of the Master Design Awards represent the best in remodeling, selected from a pool of entries representing the entire country.
NARI 2009 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY)

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named QMA Design+Build, LLC 2009 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Exterior Renovation category of its annual awards competition.
2009 Remodeling 550

Acknowledging the top 550 remodeling contractors in the country for 2009. This Year QMA Design+Build, LLC was ranked #271.
2007 Qualified Remodeler Top 500

Qualified Remodeler Magazine has awarded QMA Design+Build, LLC the QR Top 500 Award for 2007. The Top 500, the longest ongoing recognition program in the remodeling industry, recognizes remodelers for significant and sustained success in their business.
2006 Janus Award

QMA Design+Build, LLC has received the 2006 Janus Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the remodeling industry. This award is only given to remodeling companies that have won both a Chrysalis and Master Design Award for the same project in the same year. Only 14 Janus Awards were given out nationwide this year.
2006 QR Master Design Award

Qualified Remodeler Magazine has awarded QMA Design+Build, LLC with the Gold QR Master Design Award in the category of Light Commercial. Winners of the Master Design Awards represent the best in remodeling, selected from a pool of entries representing the entire country. This award-winning project has also won a 2006 Chrysalis Award and a 2006 CotY award earlier in the year.
2006 Chrysalis Award

QMA Design+Build has received a 2006 Chrysalis Award in the Commercial Remodel category. The Chrysalis Awards are an annual competition to recognize the nation’s best remodeling work. The award-winning project also received a CotY award earlier in the year.
NARI 2006 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY)

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named QMA Design+Build 2006 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Commercial Interior category of its annual awards competition. This is the second year in a row QMA has received this honor.
NARI 2005 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY)

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named QMA Design+Build 2005 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Whole House Remodeling under $250,000 category of its annual awards competition.

QMA Design+Build has been chosen by Remodeling Magazine as one the nation's Big50 remodelers for 2005. The Big50 is a remodeling business excellence award for best practices. Every year, Remodeling Magazine selects 50 new companies who have set the standard for professionalism and integrity in the industry.
